Artist Reflection Statement: "And I found myself slowly, gracefully, slipping away…" is a small snippet from a poem I wrote that inspired this piece. "Slipping Away," was a turning point for me in understanding my own "style" as an artist. A few years had passed since I first began using watercolors as a medium and my process was beginning to solidify itself. At this point I was using both watercolors and pen in my work. I liked the feeling that a fine pen could bring to the details within the hair of my subjects. I felt like my mind was slipping away from me at the time; the joys of being a young 20 year old with unresolved trauma. From this point forward I see aspects of my current work start to evolve. This is one of the few original works I have managed to keep over the years, while most of my other work has been sold off to private collections.

Our shipping costs are based on item weights and range from $5-$20 for most orders. Shipping costs are higher for larger pieces of artwork due to the package dimensions and necessary insurance coverage.
Orders that contain only jewelry items will ship for free and jewelry items in any order do not count toward the shipping cost calculations.
We offer free local delivery in a 12 mile radius and also offer free in-store and curbside pick-up. To pick up an order curbside, please give us a call at 814-453-3758 when you are nearby and we will run the order out to your vehicle.
